Common Device Issues/Fixes During Testing Windows
Screen is zoomed in/out and needs reset:
Press the Ctrl key and the 0 (zero) key simultaneously to reset the browser to 100%.
Device appears to be frozen:
Press the power button on the side of the laptop and the refresh (clockwise arrow) key simultaneously.
Sound from 3.5mm Audio Jack is not working:
Confirm the device is playing audio when the headphones are not plugged in.
Restart the device by pressing the power button on the side of the laptop and the refresh (clockwise arrow) key simultaneously.
If a USB headset is available, try swapping with the 3.5mm headset.
If a 3.5mm to USB-C adapter is available, plug headphones into the adapter and plug into the charge port.
